switching to ped removes equipped weapon

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

If you have a weapon equipped, and you switch to a PED for example S_M_Y_SEB_01 it removes the currently equipped weapon.

What should be happening instead?

it shouldn't remove that weapon

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

pull out any gun, (in my case i was using a carbine mk2) and then press Delete and then type in s_m_y_seb_01 when you switch over look at your weapon wheel, the weapon is gone
