Change surf air accel back to 1000

for some reason it was changed to 150, im proposing it goes back to 1000 because many people liked it at 1000 and idk why it was changed back in the first place

apparently a couple people on the server said it was "wrong" but im not sure who was asked because the old server was set to 1000, really doesn't make sense because there was multiple suggestions awhile ago asking for it to be set to 1000 and now it's back at 150
