Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Players that are dead can talk to other dead players with their mic. So far I don't think live players can hear it though

What should be happening instead?

Dead players get a message saying they cannot talk as dead.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

I belive they can talk however only the dead players/possibly admins can hear them.

well if there is a messeage saying you are dead you can't talk then its just a plugin error

I believe they were trying to add the plugin back that made it so dead players can't speak over the mic.

Its not dead, The problem is if they arent assigned a role yet (ie they are in spec, or they joined late)

So is this a bug or intended? Also dead players can talk like I was an innocent a T killed me now I can talk

Im not 100% sure but I think only dead can hear them. If this is the case I dont think its a bug more of a cool feature for dead players to be able to communicate better

The dead players would say "Maryvale, how are you talking while dead?" I believe this is a feature that has gone unnoticed or unannounced, or even an accidental feature. Regardless, I like it and would like to see it stay. It gives you people to talk to while you wait 6 minutes because you were RDMed are the start of the round.

The problem is I've heard dead players talk while alive and not sure if its an admin feature or not

Dead players can talk to other dead players currently and so far it hasn't been that bad, so I wouldn't mind keeping it. There is a weird glitch that occurs sometimes when someone first connects they can talk to alive players as spectator but usually only happens first round.

Yeah thats what I noticed as well and couldn't tell if this was a glitch or an admin thing

It seems that this is a feature but something that should probably get fixed is admins should be able to hear dead players for obvious reasons.
