Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Since moving the instance to Docker, important plugins have not been working. These plugins/parameters are necessary in order to provide a quality gaming experience. Medic does not work, the rank system is off, SV_Pure is not enabled, etc.

What should be happening instead?

enable sv_pure, gameme stats, medic mod, and all other plugins/configs that were originally on the instance prior to the Docker move.
