CT priority stuck

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The priority time will not lower any further than 4 hours, and it will not lower even after leaving the server.

What should be happening instead?

it should be going down progressivly till i have max priority.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

There is no such method that i know of.

Priority is based on time alive as a T and is a bit buggy atm with priority being reset
