Look at video, it should hit, it shows the name and then whenever i shoot it doesnt hit and I then hear some body shot or something idk

I should be hittin the shot

this seems to be a distance issue, you're too far away.
 
To far away or the map maker might of done a barrier of some sorts so people can't snipe people at the opposite of the map.

Well said, and yes this could be the case and would make sense. I don't see how this would suddenly no longer work if this was not the case- it is either due to you being too far away or the mapmaker intentionally did this. Getting CSGO'd 5 times in a row is the equivalent of getting struck by lightning twice.
 
You had a ghost on you.
You can see the ghosts name, ehemm Voltage


just remove the fakin plugin

This can actually still be done, for example, the barrier between T and CT side of surf on peanut. You can still see names through the invisible barrier.
 
I'm going with what was said by someone else because I've personally seen this occur; you have a player basically inside of you or blocking you. This is not allowing for your shot to fully go through.
 
With the ghost plugin disabled this should no longer be an issue. Thanks for bringing this to us~
