Minigames multigames and buy zones are broken

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On minigames at the round end the players should be getting disarmed. This isnt happening so anyone who had a weapon or nade or something at round end keeps them the next round. And on maps where there is a buy zone players only spawn with 1k cash making it not let them buy weapons other than pistols

What should be happening instead?

Players should lose their weapons on round end and on maps where there is a buy zone players should have 16k cash

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Go onto mg_pushcircle_doc_game_fix play a game where you have to buy something, on mgwl_multigames_csgo_v1 win a round and you will keep the gun you had.

This issue has been resolved with recent updates that I've pushed through and updated the server with.
