Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On most minigames maps the max player count for a team is 16, but on the other team the max player count is 0, this forces admins to move players to the team, however on maps where they dont respawn such as 100 traps the players cant play at all because they stay dead
​

What should be happening instead?

the max player count for a team should be 32.
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Go onto minigames on 100 traps, get 17 players on the server and try getting the 17th to join ct, then move him and he will stay dead.

This is becoming a big issue, we had a server of about 25 people and most of them left since they cant play on the server. I belive the only big issue is on 100 traps
