Ryzen 2600 x Rx 580 or wait?

Current system
FX-6300
RX 250 2 GB GDDR5
8 GB RAM

Pretty bad but works for CSGO, should I save up till black friday and get a whole new system OR should I just get a AM4 Motherboard, Ryzen 2600 and a RX 580 and get maybe 16 gigs of ram. A whole new system I'll spend at most 800$ on BF but with this upgrade I would only be spending 300$ ish

Where are you pulling these numbers out of? To upgrade to the parts you've suggested is around $500 (With a good motherboard). Just punched it all into PCPartsPicker. You're basically buying the majority of a rig, short of PSU, case, hard drives.

Your other hardware is several years old now, yes. This question is not overly clear. Can you elaborate on what you're asking? Because of course black friday will offer better deals on hardware.

The real question is do you want to deal with what you got until black friday 4 months away or upgrade now. If you can bare with just playing csgo until black friday i would say wait, if you want to play other games now upgrade now. It all depends on what you want to do.

Plus simon is right that upgrade your talking about is pretty much a new rig without ssd/hdd, psu, and radiator(not including case since it seems you would be using same case unless getting bigger motherboard or gpu).

Rx 580 is 100$ (used and or Craigslist)
Am4 ATX is 70+$

Like should I upgrade my current system or just get a whole new one
