Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Gangs Prestige

I came up with an idea to be able to prestige your gang. After a certain amount of kills (maybe 10000) you should be able to prestige your gang and gain like extra slots to your gang members. Or some kind of extra perk. Being the top gang atm is getting a bit boring (ik weird flex) and I and others would like a challenge of some sort.
