TTT voice buffer overflow lagging server

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When quite a few people are on and are talking over each other, the console spams voice buffer overflow with some extra info, I will add the details next time it happens, server starts lagging bad (<1fps), screen frozen for more than 5 seconds. People get dropped. Then once everybody stops talking

What should be happening instead?

I think its not limiting the amount of players that can talk at the same time, which causes this error. It's happened last night aswell.

Have about 28+ people on the server with more than 12+ people trying to talk at the same time.

Any extra info we may need to know

I will get extra logs when needed about the console message.
