Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Players can only talk to admins in admin chat using teamchat.

What should be happening instead?

Players should also be able to talk to admins in normal chat with @.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

There's going to be a few "bugs" you can call it going around involving the admin chat due to the the fact that we're using a stable version of sourcemod now. Before we were using an old version that was never being updated in which was bad for the servers; from that switch we did happen to lose features that edited in the actual sourcemod. I will keep a list of features or ideas that we can look into giving the players and admins back, so that it will hopefully go back to the way it was.
