TTT commands show in team chat

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On ttt if you are a traitor, commands such as /chat or !shop or !kick or anything like that will appear in traitor chat as well as dothe command/chat. If you are a inno it wont run the command at all since inno cant type in team chat.

What should be happening instead?

Commands starting with / or ! shouldnt act as a message in team chat

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

type /chat test in team chat as a t, or as a inno.

Any extra info we may need to know

This is a minor bug, doesnt affect much. Would just be nice if when tech isnt busy if they could see what they could do.
