Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Randomly dropped to 30 frames out of nowhere. Whole server affected, short of maybe 3-4 people. It was midway through Undertale.

What should be happening instead?

It shouldnt be lagging.

It literally just happened. I'm guessing too many things spawned at once?

It sucks. I really dont know how else to help.

Not sure what caused it but rejoining the server after it happened did resolve it for players.

i've seen this happen once before on clouds, it fixed after a few rounds and when ppl went throut a teleporter

This is very odd, it fixes on a retry or in some cases anything that updates your player. If I had to guess, I would say it is an optimization glitch caused by a server sided cvar that disables the maps optimization, such as areaportals. But I only know map stuff, I don't know anything about cvars so take this with a fat gulp of salt.
