VoteYea TRUTH: Actually, cars got a significant reality buff thanks to Remas and the Dev crew. Cars should operate in the manner they are actually intended. Super sport cars will operate like super sport cars with no nerfs.

VoteNay MYTH: Well the cop cars go extremely fast and it's pointless when they just catch you.
VoteYea TRUTH: My Crown Vix wont go over 120mph. There's not a chance I am keeping up with your sports car.

VoteNay MYTH: I just want to run drugs and drug payout sucks.
VoteYea TRUTH: They actually pay out more than legal jobs...and apparently cows will chow down on weed like crazy.

VoteNay MYTH: Well...if the illegal jobs pay decent then the LEGAL JOBS suck.
VoteYea TRUTH: Based off of community feedback they were buffed...up to three times more than when the server first reset. Legal jobs can net you between $10,000-$20,000 per run.

VoteYea TRUTH: Yeah, I remember Legion Square. I remember it because I played the server yesterday and it's the only garage in the city. So yeah - they brought back the Legion Square garage. IT'S BACK.

VoteYea TRUTH: Great. Go get a gang together and start earning some money towards guns. Most stores are available to be robbed and there's a new bank mechanic to allow for bank robberies. It's pretty cool. You also don't need any SOP's for a gang / group anymore. So hop on and let's go.

VoteYea TRUTH: Not a myth. Server is empty. However, you need to help us fill it. If you join up it helps the server out. Invite your friends on Steam and encourage them to join you.

VoteYea TRUTH: Idle the server. Jump in the server and at least add a player to our player count. Players are more inclined to play on the server if the server has more people. In the wise advice of Arbiter #IDLE #IDLE #IDLE

Yeah the server has been fixed, and almost everyone's suggestions were taken in or are being worked on. There's no more excuses!

Server has also been hard reset. I get a solid 60fps on the entire map. Even in the city. No fluctuation at all.

I understand you saying legion square is back, but that is wrong. RP is limited because of it now being a green zone, it will not be the same. People are now more scared to do role play in green zones fearing something illegal can happen, causing an admin scene ruining RP. You can say mechanic shops are green zones and other locations but garages are different. It may have gotten hectic, and police had to come there but at least it added RP. It is also the polices job to deal with situations like that. The garage had to be shutdown and people couldn't enter but that makes RP. All in all I don't think the real legion is back. Thanks

The things that used to happen at legion were completely unrealistic for the amount that they were happening. Nobody is realistically going to go shoot up the most public spot in the city, that would be monitored by police 24/7 if we actually had the man power to do so. That's the core basis of a greenzone, to prevent violent roleplay in an area where it should almost never be happening.

The things that used to happen at legion were completely unrealistic for the amount that they were happening. Nobody is realistically going to go shoot up the most public spot in the city, that would be monitored by police 24/7 if we actually had the man power to do so.

You can't act that it is unrealistic for someone/ someplace to be shot up when cops are there. Cops are only there to monitor and influence people not to partake in criminal activities. That does not mean crime will not happen there. It may have been constant crime at legion square garage, but come on you are in Los Santos. Moving on from legion, people saying i want the old server back doesn't mean i want a little garage. People want the more simple stuff back, same drug locations, not having to become a member and fill out a huge application to join a white listed job. People used to be able to come into the mechanic shop talk to a higher up and start on their new job. Now everything is more complicated, you have to go through a long process to become a member of Edge by applying and waiting 24 hours. Then you may apply and get an interview. Mafia used to run most of the gun trade causing more interactive RP and people to feel overall more free to there RP. When people say the want the old server they talk about the way the cops used to be and how the mechanics of the server used to run. Not a simple garage that will not be the same ever.

Glad someone has made it a little clearer on "like the old server used to be". So really the process to get into a whitelisted job should be...easier? Like are you talking about just mechanics or other whitelisted job applications? I know the airlines was extremely detailed due to the nature of the job itself. If you can't operate the cargobob to a T then you will have a bad time doing that flying job.

Since we're dwelling on the Legion Square thing. Let's go down that rabbit hole. Did you ever play cop before it was removed or green zoned? It was a constant battle. You'd spend 30-45 minutes trying to restore order only to have chaos break out again 10 minutes later. One evening, we responded to Legion Square 5-6 times in the course of an hour or so. It got real old, real fast. You couldn't have a civil gathering for any reason at Legion Square without someone introducing gunplay. This is one of the main reasons it was green zoned. The other reason is because those situations made cops not want to play at all. Responding to the same unoriginal crap over and over again and having to spend half their shift dealing with it wore them thin. Many cops quit playing as a result.

I'd like you to elaborate here. So, you want the spots to never change? Or possibly go back to being marked on the map? That's boring. There's no RP involved in that. There's no skill involved. And by the logic, I would suggest that the pay be lowered because it would take zero effort to run drugs.

This is nothing new and aside from people who've been previous banned or whatnot, I've not seen an application take that long. RipplyTiger151 or AndrewW could probably elaborate further on that.

First of all, our average process time from what myself and my team have observed is around 1-2 hours. Maximum length would be 8 hours if it is submitted at like 2 in the morning but that is extremely pushing it. The only time that an application takes longer than that to process is if there is any issues with the application. This is why it is imperative for prospective members to check their forum account for any messages within that day or two time frame of processing their app to see if there were any issues. Members resubmitting applications or those who have been banned may also take longer because we have to verify with the appropriate leadership teams that the person is allowed back or in.

Not to mention, this has been the case since day one. You've always had to be a member to do a whitelisted job.

You have always had to be a member to be in a whitelisted job. That has never changed. And if they were not a member and leadership saw it they would ask to make sure it got taken care of.
