Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The vehicle locks, cruise control, and seatbelt are not controller friendly, which many people use to drive vehicles on the server. Also, they correspond with each other using the same button on the controller, which is also the primary siren tone; the down DPad button. Could we possibly remove their functionality from the controller altogether? It is my understanding that Jay is having an issue with finding a practical hotkey to use due to the controller functionality. Also, to top it off the lock system is not Law Enforcement friendly. It takes immense focus to unlock the vehicle while distracted with interactions from other people. If I press any button on my keyboard while attempting to lock or unlock my vehicle it doesn't work. The system also doesn't unlock unless your camera and player are facing the vehicle. This makes it impossible to use the system during high priority or emergency situations.

What should be happening instead?

The lock system, seatbelt and cruise control shouldn't be functioning on the same hotkeys or even multiple hotkeys for that matter. Also, we should be able to unlock the vehicle while running.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Try to use the siren button on the controller. Also, try to run and use the lock system while running. Doesn't work.

Just need to go through the scripts and make the input key for keyboard instead of controller. I'm pretty sure we have been trying to find a better lock script as well as seatbelt compatible with owned Police/Ambulance and that code wasnt added for that. I'll take a peak when I get home.
