Counter-Strike CS:S - Plugin to see who threw a flash/nade/smoke

Tonight I spent over an hour trying to find a team flasher on CSS. This is not the first time I or another admin has spent an extended period of time searching for 1 player in a sea of up to 32 throwing various nades. A plug in that shows who is throwing a flash, nade, or smoke and which of those three was thrown would be immensely helpful. This would speed up the process of finding those players who are ruining the game for others and causing players to leave the server because of the constant disruption. The plugin could show up in chat or just on the console logs. Having it in chat would add a lot of extra text but could discourage players from throwing them knowing others could easily see who it is.

Perhaps for admin only or in admin only logs or for everyone? Everyone may lead to ghosting.. and team only may lead to admin not being able to admin if they are in other team.

Being in admin logs only would be fine. Just something to aid in finding them. Had another last night that took a good 20 minutes to find

Seeing this is something that would benefit you guys as admins to find those who are there to ruin the experience, as long as Custom Stats or someone can give me the okay or something; I will work on something or look into something for you guys.

This is something we want, we were looking into plugins for this previously but don't believe we found one that was what we were looking for.
