whats the best RTS you've played

[Milwaukee]

RTS for those who don't know is real time strategy.

Best I've ever played was the Command & Conquer Series.

And for all those Texans we have, here is a screenshot from Red Alert 2 for you from the opening credits.

command & conquer all the way!!
best RTS game

[IrshCarBomb]

CnC are good...3 was dissapointingly easy but I still played for a bit. The original and the Red Alerts were the best I think.

I also enjoyed the AOE games, and the original Dawn of War.

[Blazing Heat]

I love RTS games too much to pick one.

[blackhawksniper]

While I love the classics ( I bought the cnc decade package with all the games so I can play them on xp)

For strategy and 100000000000000000's of units, Hands down Supreme Commander. One of the most usefule and accessable interfaces ever. Easy to move, LOVE the view scrolling ( I like being far away)

For tactics, I caught between Company of Heros and World In Conflict. Both have great small unit battles.

Forgot about that game.

[Munch]

ehhhh, im not much into strategy. but i liked WC3 and CnC3, and AoE

[EDITThor]

Rise of Nations, case closed.

[Eire.32]

Rise of Nations is good untill there are nukes and instant troops but my favourite and all time classic Age of Empires (and not 3, which was crap but 1 and 2), thats "Case Closed.",
Eire.32

AoE was awesome, too! It practically defined the genre, but I think RoN perfected it.

[ώєak şawsє]

Its all about the blizzard games. . . Waiting for SC2 to release.
