what is vista 64?
what kind of hardware are you trying to buy a heatsink for? videocard, prosseser, HHD?
Heatsinks realy arent that important/hard to find. you can pick them up at newegg.com prety cheap.

vista 64 means vista 64 bit, now to answer your question a headset isnt really based off of what OS you use headsets are plug an play so really any headset that goes into your sound jacks should work unless you use a headset like the razer barracuda or an Icemat then these come with an external sound card that you plug the headset into.

oh lol sorry, i thought you wrote heatsink, not headset. Well yea you are right, theres like basic and 5.1 headsets. Personaly, I think that the most important thing is the comfort factor. I have both of the Razor headsets and the Baraquta is very comfortable but is broken Plus i have a Laptop with no 5.1 suround sound. The parana sounds great and has a sweet mic but is uncomfortable after a while. I would go Razor if i were you. They have very high quality equipment. I bought 2 logitic headsets, both broke within a month

unfortunately both of my logitech headsets do not work with windows Vista 64 bit running latest version of ventrilo so i was wondering if anyone has had any luck with something besides logitech and Vista 64

Any typical headset should work in vista 64, you may try manually directing the sound to them by setting the headset as the default device in control panel

Do not buy a USB headset, vista tries to find an unknown driver that literally doesn't exist. Just go with the two 3.5 mm jack plug headsets, this headset I'm about to link to you is very cheap and durable (had mine for 2 years and have rolled over it many times with computer chair) also you can move around the microphone towards and away from your mouth so you're not always eating the microphone.

I have the old version of that headset, which means its even older than that (about 4 years, to be exact). It works like a dream. After 4 years it gives me static when I'm turning the volume up or down, but then it goes anyway. definitely no complaints.
