Paying rent for my other characters car

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I rented a car on one of my characters then got into debt with that character within the first day. After seeing how bad my decisions were i deleted my old character and made a new one who is now paying rental payments for the first characters car.

What should be happening instead?

Since the character is deleted i should have no payments due
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

create a character, rent something (house car etc.) make a new character and delete the other one and it will now pay for the other's debts

Thanks for bringing it to our attention, it is based on GameID instead of specifically which character you are on. We will see if we can get a fix in for it. Do you need the car removed?
