So I've been on the server a little while now and I just today found the GTA V Law Book.
See you have to go to the forums, go to GTA V sub forum, scroll down through the list of sticky's to the thread titled "GTA V Information Center" on the bottom of the list, then go to near the bottom of that list to find a link titled "GTA V Lawbook" and then you get a page with a miniaturized google docs looking file containing ALL of the laws within GTA V...
First off, that was buried lol
Secondly, the viewer for the information is mortifyingly painful to use.
What if we added something simple ingame where a key or menu lets you open the GTA V Law Book ingame. Use pg Up and pg Down keys to scroll through the list. You have plenty of screen space to fit the list left to right and can easily scroll down.
Thoughts?

An alternative to this if ingame isn't possible is finding a way to make it more directly accessible outside the game. Maybe a GTA V website with the most important server information on it? Just spitballing here.
