Unable to undo zip-ties as a PD officer

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

As a PD unit I am unable to undo zip-ties done by the Lost MC gang which makes ABSOLUTLY no RP sense considering I'm an officer of the law. I tried uncuffing them and it refused to work.

What should be happening instead?

I should be able to undo zip-ties as an officer of the law

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

To replicate it I belive someone needs to be the lost and "cuff" someone as if they are abducting them and then someone as a PD unit should try to uncuff them

Any extra info we may need to know

Even someone with a G wasn't able to uncuff them

I believe the lost mc handcuffs are soft handcuffs, so you have to use that option.

They have soft cuffs for a reason. 10 minutes is what it is set as currently.
