I don't know if this has been attempted before, but I'd like to experiment with it using the MC if everyone is good with that.

I'd like to see our income be a realistic based economy. This means we no longer get money out of thin air each our, it is dependent on the money we put into it through our activities as a club. This way money actually has meaning, the costs we incur to the club, the losses and such all have an effect on our bottom line.

I feel like this would encourage us to spend more carefully, track losses more carefully and maintain our equipment and vehicles more carefully and realistically.

I would suggest a 1-3 week experimentation period at first to see if it's viable and enjoyable and then we can see about expanding it to other organizations.

The Police Department, however, I feel should remain on an infinite income because it is a government funded organization, same for the FBI and such. Those things running out of money would cause a big issue with gameplay for cops.

Is this a possibility?

I think it sounds great, but this will also mean that if there is not enough cops on for us to sell our paychecks will also go down. Same if theres not enough people who actually buy guns, seeing as most people dont even come close to a good car why would they buy a gun? It seems like fun with enough people on the server but at this time i do not think it will work in practise.

I think ya'll are gonna realize real quick why even hardcore serious RP servers don't do this. I would legitimately give you all maybe 3-4 days before all your accounts were burned and your org collapsed.

It makes little sense for some companies to be making X/hour doing a part of the job or something else, on top of the max of 1700/hour from society money for no reason other than because that's the highest payout and it doesn't come out of their bank account, so its basically free money. Lets just say they were making 10k/hour doing the lumberjack job, but that doesn't stop there because they are also making 10k/hour just by being in the lost mc. To counter this, you make it so account balance is subtracted when salary is paid, to incentivize setting an actual wage relative to what they earn the company.
