gta bugs. ARmory and military base.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Armory doesnt allow high ranking officers to withdraw weapons. even jay and another leadership member could not access it.

Military base is open, gates open for anyone and tanks/buzzards/cargo planes are all available to be taken

What should be happening instead?

I believe the base should be locked and not have those 3 vehicles and the armory should be accessible to certain people.
Also people were able to rob stores and banks when no cops were on or 1 cop was on. I logged on and saw a robbery in progress and no cops was on

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Any extra info we may need to know

- cop charger fnct6311 can not be saved and keeps losing its upgrades, I lose 1000's each time i use it. The emerg lights do not turn on properly

1) Armory is currently only intended to put weapons in, not take out because of police having access to get their weapons from a separate menu.
2) The gates being locked will be a thing soon, however this will still not stop people from going in there and stealing vehicles.
3) Robberies have been fixed and now requires cops to be on.
4) Have you tried purchasing another police charger to see if it does the same thing?
