GTA V RP - Lost MC Outfits

This one's pretty straight forward. I'd like to see us be able to have The Lost MC uniforms like you see some of these NPC's have. Maybe we could have a spot like the PD has where it can be put on just like a uniform and when your no longer doing club work you can go back into your civies.
