ooo didn't know there was a post here about this. sorry for bringing up an old thread but yes as stated a couple other times before in here, just logging out of your steam and logging back in will solve this issue.
i just had the problem, and i've had it many times throughout the years. Just click file, change user... and relog into your steam account...voila

I tought this thing would fix my problem but no, it didn't.
Problem "This problem started at 1:00 Am when I tried to re-login, still trying to re-login, and it's 2:40 PM even if I write my account name and password"
