Bhop map time limits

Some of the bhop maps that require a bit more skill need a longer time limit. One of which I think needs it is lego2 BabyRage

The map times are dynamic and are based off of the average time to complete a map, which requires at least 25 completions of the map in the default style in order to calculate this time. If there are not this many completions, the default is going to be 30 minutes. We aren't able to change the limits manually as they're all done dynamically. Thanks for the suggestion and I hope this explains the map times more~
