TS e members can add others to Frozen

TS - Dedicated supporter channels

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On Teamspeak 3(Couldnt find it for application) If an =(e)= rank member gets channel admin, voice or operator they are able to give other e or lower members Force push to talk, Frozen or Global Muted even if they are in different channels.

What should be happening instead?

Es shouldnt have those permissions regardless of what role they have in ts
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Be an e, have channel admin, set another e in a different channel to frozen
