Sometimes when you put your hands up you can't put them down

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When running up a hill, getting in a car or sometimes other things your hands get stuck in the air any you can't out them down.

What should be happening instead?

You should be able to put your hands up and down when you want and not get stuck with them up.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Run up a hill, before running up put your hands up and most of the time they will get stuck. Also getting into a car with your hands up keeps them up also.

I want to steal a Blazikens car from the cops cause they said they would perm impound it the next time they caught him. So i was watching the scene when there was only one cop, so i ran up and grabbed the car, but when i was running to it i put my hands up. I got in the car and had my hands stuck in the air and didn't wanna be unrealistic so i tried to put my hands down but couldn't. So i stepped out of the car and to put my hands up and instantly got tased cuffed.
