GTA V RP Server - Police Shots Fired Calls

So, A lot of times as an officer there can be people shooting and we would have no idea, this script can help with that as it imitates a local calling the police after hearing shots fired. plus it prevents people from getting shot and then saying "I tripped" or something along the lines of that. I do feel like we need more systems in place that direct players to locations of active interest. I think this could be cool. It's a big map and with only 32 players in the server, being able to pinpoint where the activity is could be beneficial ultimately to player interaction.

This would add a lot of immersion and realism to the server, As long as it would only work if there are actual local civilians, It should not call if you are on some dirt road on one side of the map that has absolutely no one, not even hikers.
