police radio for me (civilian)

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

when in your car, when you've committed a crime, a police lady radio comes on to report on your crime. If you aren't in your car, it'll come on once you get into your car. So far I've tried it with shooting npc characters, and exploding jerry cans.

What should be happening instead?

there probably shouldn't be a police radio

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

be in a car, and shoot a civilian

This isn't really related to anything game wise as that's just the Ai police.

Are you getting any police stars as you would in GTA:O or SP?
