Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
I wanted to see the carrying capacity of a trunk, and before I realised that I had a licence in my inventory, I'd put it in. now when I try to remove it, it tells me "you have too much, pick a smaller amount"
What should be happening instead?
I'm not sure if there should even be a licence, but I should be able to take it out of my vehicle's trunk
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
put a licence in a trunk, and try to take it out again

I've never seen a licence in my inventory before, so I'm not sure if I was meant to even have it.
