People should only contribute to that issue if they are actually experiencing the issue. So, make sure this is really an issue for you before you report it (This is aimed at people reading, not the original poster).

Brigading valve GH issues is pretty much the exact opposite way of getting it fixed, without relevant data to the issue, employees at valve work on their own time on their own projects, it's free reign over there, so spamming an issue doesn't increase it's chances of getting fixed.
