GTA V RP - Evidence

So I was flipping through some GTA RP streams today and came across an interesting one. As I was watching, I saw this officer pull up to a crime scene where suddenly there was all sorts of physical evidence from a legitimate police shooting. Can we get something like this? Give PD the opportunity to ACTUALLY conduct investigations? I think it would be awesome.

The way this stuff works is whenever you use /e camera or pull out your flashlight, the evidence becomes visible. I assume in turn it can be traced via DNA comparison or bullet tracing.
