FIVEM Business Request/Suggestion with S.O.P.

It could certainly change things up and open up roleplay opportunities without affecting those not interested in this type of scenario. I'd push less for sniper rifles until the hitmen can afford them though. I'd have them start off using their own skill to enact contracts and earn the money for the sniper as it will allow the easiest kills and escape. You can do this entirely without scripting or requests, you can buy snipers from the MC or the Black Market.

If you're asking for the ability to be a whitelisted job, or to get any perks such as weapons/etc, you need to make a Contact Leadership post. Otherwise you're free to do this assuming you follow all EGO rules.
