Making All GTA ATM's Accessible

With this being a "Realistic" server, i feel like they should work. With more new people joining with no vehicles it can also be a pain to try and find one. If a poll was ran im pretty sure it would win because there's only stores and 1 major bank.

Hello,

There are ATM's around the map that do work, the only problem with adding "All" of them is the fact that we would have to go around the map looking for them, and adding them into a file manually which, as I'm sure you know, would take hours to do.

So we've opted to just use the standard ones that come with the addon.

However; I have noticed that there are a few key places where an ATM would be very useful such as right next to the Mechanic shop at the store which I could add.
