After innos win your able to kill people.

You shouldn't be able to.

Once round ends try kill someone.

This had been forwardes to the TTT development group.

Karma update bug has been fixed, but damage after ttt round end to real round end is true. So it's correct that you can kill other players, but without recall CS_OnTerminateRound when g_bRoundEnding is true.

I also modified a bit one of the damage forward, nothing special... but more rough update.
