Fueler job stage 2 oil lose

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
when you take your oil to the refinery and start that process you can lose up to 25 oil.
You can carry 50x oil 25x processed oil.
If you start processing and get to 25x p.oil and still have 25x oil left, the plugin will continue to take that out of your inventory but the processed oil does not increase.
What should be happening instead?
Either up processed oil to 50 or fix it so it stops?
I think since fueler is soooooo important now and we have these big tankers that they number should be increased to 100-200 for oil and processed oil.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
take 50 oil to the refinery.
