Halloween Promotions and Awards
10/31/19 | Writer: Thorium | Artist: december | #edgegamers #promotions #awards
As the school year continues on for the students here at EdgeGamers, the year of 2019 is rapidly coming to a close. October is here, and its time to bust out the Halloween decorations! Get into your costume of choice, and enjoy the pastime of giving out candy to those who dare trick-and-treat. Fortunately for us here at EdgeGamers, we have plenty of treats to give out. We would like to take this time to congratulate those who have gotten promoted and have received various awards!

Divison Leader Commendation
Jon Snow
Since Jon Snow was promoted to an administrator for our servers, he has put countless hours into improving the quality of our servers. Whether it's being a role model admin on our TTT and Minigames server, going out of his way to ensure that troublesome players are removed, or generously providing prizes to give out to other members of the community, his massive amount of dedication and support for the community does not go unnoticed. Whenever you see an AWP Medusa or M4 Howl casually lying on the ground, you can almost bet that Jon Snow was there not too long ago. Jon Snow sets the example of EdgeGamers motto, and with that we would like to congratulate him with this prestigious award as he has truly earned it!
Advisor Commendation
3dsam1
Ever since 3dsam1 has joined our member services roster he has been a great asset to the team. From processing applications, to helping players on teamspeak, admining on our servers Sam has been a great help. On top of that Sam has been a crucial part of the event coordinator team and has been hosting events that people love attending. We are very proud of everything Sam has accomplished and cannot wait to see the things that he does next.
december
december has recently stepped up to the position of Art Manager and has clearly proved she is deserving of this position. With her leadership qualities, she has turned our department around as we now have a team of active artists producing high quality art. Without your contributions to the team, we would not be where we are today. Thank you for all the work you've done so far!
Architect of Life
Architect of Life has been in his position of the Social Media Manager for some time now and this recognition is long over due. Ever since Architect has stepped up to this position, he has pulled a complete 180 on our various social medias and turned them from a scarcely used platform of communication to an active form of community-wide communication. Thank you for all your work so far because without it, our socials would not be thriving as they are currently!

Even if you didn't make it on the list of promotions, do remember that leadership is always looking for active users within the community to promote. Make sure you're on your best behavior and you might end up one of these lists someday!
