Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I made a suggestion post to change the voice chat we are using to something different because the current one sucks. The issues seemed to calm down but as of lately they seem to be having problems again. As im getting into more RP situations where the Voice chat is crucial (warning people to stop following you or you shoot).

Over the past two days, I have been put in three different scenarios where the voice chat failed me and ruined the RP situation. I'll be going over those below in as much detail as possible

1) I was at opium collect and I heard a vehicle pull up. I walk out with my pistol and I have my shout on and start talking to him "Identify yourself, Get off the bike, Put your hands up" and he drove off so i started shooting him. He comes back and explains to me that he didnt hear me at all (smear).

2) We were being chased by two vehicles. We braked checked them and w hen they got close we would yell for them to stop following us. We gave them another warning "Stop following us or else". Finally we brake checked them again and said "Stop following us, we WILL shoot". They followed us and we shot them up and they came to us and told us they couldn't hear us and it ruined the rp and caused an un-needed heated situation (default, tubbie)

3) We were being followed by some of the MC somewhat. We pull up to the guys on the bike and tell them to put their hands up and they dont. We tell them again "Put your hands up or we will shoot" They drive away and we light them up. They say they didnt hear us and it ruined a much bigger scene with police involved and such.

I'm tired of this being an issue and is in my opinion one of the biggest bottlenecks of the server and holding us back from improving. I tested voice chat with smear some and it seemed to work fine when both people are out of vehicles. It's just buggy and needs to be fixed. Idk whether to call this a bug, suggestion, problem or what. I'm tired of it and it needs to be fixed.

What should be happening instead?

Hear people at a reasonable distance and reliably. Cars or vehicles seem to be causing an issue with voice chat.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

I don't know but I wish i did. Try some stuff out with vehicles and voice chat.

Any extra info we may need to know

I'm not asking for TokoVoip but im not sure what else is out there. idk if increasing the range on stuff will help because you cant hear somoene right next to you on shout when you're in a vehicle sometimes.

1. This could be an issue on Smear's side not being on Shout, or being on Whisper as everyone else's voice works as intended. OR this could be an issue on your side with your microphone not working (Always good to check your in-game settings )
2. Again, same issue here. Have the other players in the vehicle with you been saying the same thing to the people following you? or was it just you?
3. Could potentially be a lack of RP from them, but who knows. Everyone who plays on the server seems to have no issue with their voice chat working.

Also the suggestion for TokoVOIP will not work as a non-whitelisted server because if someone joins and ignores the message and starts talking, they will be global to everyone and that could cause disaster as we rush to see whos saying some bad words

The last part isn't exactly true. We can just block voice chat to anyone not connected to TS.

is there a way you could force everybody in the server to always be on shout maybe that would help fix some issues? (aka if someones on shout and the other on whisper which one works idk)
