Driver's License item bugged in apartments

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I have x2 Driver's License in my apartment, I'm trying to pull x1 out but it keeps saying "My inventory is full". It's not full, because every other possible item can be withdrawn without issue. I've cleared my inventory and relogged.

What should be happening instead?

I should be receiving the transferred item from my apartment inventory to my on person inventory

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Go to the apartment, deposit a driver's license, make sure you don't have a driver's license in your on person inventory, try withdrawing the license from your apartment.
