Mouse Problem

Ok, i thought i'll tell you guys about this problem, just in case you have experienced it before and can help me.

I've been away for the last week because I went on holiday to florida. As i was there i bought a Razor DeathAdder mouse and made sure it was working before i returned to England. When i got home i plugged the mouse into my PC, and it was working fine, but i hadn't installed the driver yet. Once i installed the driver and messed around with the settings the mouse stopped working. The logo light has stopped falshing and i don't know what the problem is. Also, my PC now tells me that its an unknown device. Has anyone got any ideas why its lie this????

have you tried uninstalling the drivers? You can use it without the drivers if you wanted to. But after you uninstall them, you can install them again. Maybe something got corrupt while installing last time.
 
Interesting, look up the company that made it VIA internet and see if they have updated drivers for it.
 
At the moment i am contacting RAZER via e-mail, hopefully they will replace it wth another one.
 
i had the same problem
OK so theres 2 types od drivers for your mouse, basic and advanced. Everytime you plug in your mouse it downloads the basic drivers for your mouse JUST to that one USB port. So when you plug your mouse into a diftent USB port you have to redounload the basic drivers.
Basicly just leave the mouse pluged in.
The message that reads. "unknow Devise" is a good thing not a bad thing. Just wait for that message to dissapeer and u can use your mouse again.
 
I know what your saying but nothing happens. But, I got an address to send the mouse to to get a replacement so i'm gland.
