The text is messed up like this on Surf as well. I believe this is currently happening to all CS:GO servers with custom text like this, not too sure on that though.

God, this update royally destroyed everything, huh.

CSGO disabled custom HTML colors.

The SourceMod community is working on flexible workarounds.
