Smoke on top of spy vs spy vents causes massive sound bug

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

If you throw a smoke on top of the unbreakable vent in spy vs. spy it causes it to not drop and be in an infinite sound bug

What should be happening instead?

It should just fall on top and smoke it
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Under hand or throw a smoke onto the unbreakable vent on Spy VS. Spy
