New Slicktop tahoe doesn't operate the same as current tahoe

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

If you drive the new silver slicktop ghostmarked tahoe in PD, you will notice the get up and go and the top speed are lower than the normal PD black tahoe. I assume this was an error as they are the same vehicle.

What should be happening instead?

The silver slicktop PD tahoe should have the same acceleration and max speed/handling as the current black fully marked PD Tahoe.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Drive normal Marked Black PD tahoe, then drive the new Silver Slicktop Ghost Marked PD Tahoe
