Merryweather Tahoe extras not working properly

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When you become a merryweather employee and buy the merryweather tahoe from the merryweather location, you need to activate all the extras to get the amber lights on the vehicle. However when activating these, they don't actually appear until you repair the vehicle. I've tested this myself and PandaExpress has also tested this

What should be happening instead?

When you enable each extra, it should appear immediately for yourself and everyone around you.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Become Merryweather staff
Buy Merryweather tahoe from Merryweather outpost garage
Activate extras while in vehicle
None will appear
Repair vehicle
All activated extras appear

This is a common issue with most of the pd vehicles as well. Dunno what causes it. When you go to the customs shop (at least for police vehicles) it seems to save the vehicle extras as you have them so this should really only happen once.
