Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Bought a car couldnt lock/unlock it dealer told me to go to the impound so i did accessed the impound and it showed up as "Carnotfound"

What should be happening instead?

Car should show up as
2016 Audi R7 and be able to be "Withdrawn"
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
