Heavy Armor disappears on disconnect

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Heavy Armor does not remain on player when disconnecting from the server.

What should be happening instead?

Heavy Armor should remain on player unless the character is damaged.

Apply Heavy Armor and relog

We're still trying to work out a fix for this and combat logging.
They're both the same type of fix and go hand-in-hand.
