Not all people know that they can't be forced to not give all their money from the bank. But some people mug and ask anyway, hoping to get people that don't know (and cars etc). I've had a few incidences where people talk about this, and 2 have given money. When someone reports it imediately, they respond with "we know, we're not forcing them"..... if they're being mugged, or kidnapped, they may feel forced. Can we update it say that you can't even ask. Also powergaming specifies "transfer all funds," can I get clarification that they could ask for most funds, but not all?

Also clarification on the new life rule, does that include being revived? or only when self re-spawning to the hospital?

To my understanding, the rule is that they can not hold you at gun point and make you draw money from the ATM.

Powergaming – Forcing players into narrow scenarios by giving them no means to expand their personal play. Examples may be, but are not limited to – controlling aspects of the server not allowing others to roleplay in those locations, forcing players who you are robbing to give up and transfer all funds from their bank, closing all doors of roleplay by forcing your personal agenda.

So with the current wording, I can see how it would be confusing, but I think it was meant as an exaggeration. I do agree it would help to clarify if it is shorted to say "forcing players who you are robbing to give up and transfer funds from their bank".

New life rule only occurs when respawning. You do not lose your memory if you are revived unless the RP'd manner of attack upon you would have caused memory loss, however, this again can not be power gamed on you. So people can't run around committing crimes, then shooting everyone in the head and saying "Now you don't remember nothin'".
