I took 5 minutes out of my time last night from personal frustration with driving and a couple user requests to create a /limit command.
/limit, given a number argument of speed will limit your speed to that number, for example (/limit 50) will limit your speed to 50 MPH. The reason for this was pretty obvious. And now people without Numpads can use the speed limiter. You can use /climit to cancel the limiter.
The limiter will now also show what speed you are currently limited to next to the text, so if you forget, like I do, you know.
Now you don't have to accelerate to x to limit yourself to y, huzzah.
